We collect only what we need to reply to you. We never sell it or hand it to anyone for advertising.

What we collect
When you fill in the contact form: your name, email and/or phone, the project type, your message and the language of the page.
With the form we also receive how you arrived on the site (for example Google, Instagram or a link tagged for a campaign) and the first page you opened. It tells us which channels work.
When you write to us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive what you send there.
Why we use it
To reply to you, prepare an offer and, if we work together, for the project and invoices. The basis is your request to be contacted and the steps before an agreement that you ask for.
We use the visit source for our legitimate interest in knowing how clients find us. We build no profiles and send you no advertising.
Where it is kept and who processes it
The form is held briefly in private storage at Vercel (server in Frankfurt, Germany) until our client system collects it, usually within minutes. It is then deleted from the server.
A copy reaches us by email through the Resend service.
After that, the details are kept in our client system, on the studio’s computer.
Vercel and Resend are US companies that process the data only on our behalf, under standard contractual clauses for transfers outside Europe.
How long we keep it
If we don’t start working together, we delete the enquiry no later than 12 months after your message.
If you become a client, we keep your details for as long as we work together and as long as the law requires for financial records (such as invoices).
Cookies and statistics
This site uses no cookies.
For statistics we use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts visits (page, where the visitor came from, country, device type) without cookies and without identifying you.
If you close the language suggestion, your browser remembers that so it doesn’t show again. That note stays with you and is never sent to us.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, and get a copy. Write to info@artworks.mk and we will reply within 30 days.
If you think we haven’t handled your data properly, you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Agency (azlp.mk).
